Sawadee Kaa (Hello) My name is Lalita I am from Thailand.  I have been living in the UK for over 10 years and have been running a traditional Thai Massage Therapy business since 2017 based in Livingston Scotland.

We offer a range of traditional Thai treatments from deep tissue therapy which is great for muscular aches and pains to a relaxing oil based body massage.  We also do foot massages and head, back and shoulders that target specific areas of the body.  Overall massages are a great was to relax, destress and can help in alleviating common aliments such as sciatica.
